The course introduced participants to the rapid developments taking place in the People’s Republic of China across economic, technological, and social domains, and how these transformations have shaped the country’s expanding global influence. It also explored core aspects of contemporary Chinese society, including culture, traditions, and language.
The initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to support the Saudi-Chinese Cultural Year and promote mutual understanding between the two nations. It reflects the Institute’s commitment to community outreach by advancing Chinese language education as a key tool for communication in today’s multilingual world.
The course also sought to build cultural awareness by presenting a comprehensive and contemporary perspective on Chinese civilization. It supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in fostering a vibrant society and thriving economy through the development of national talent equipped to engage professionally and culturally with international partners.
